Refunds
- Damaged? We are happy to replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any issues, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To help us evaluate the situation promptly, please include a photo of the affected product. We’ll make it right for you as soon as possible.
- Disappointed? If you are not fully satisfied with FRANK Fruities, contact us within 2 weeks after receipt of your products for a refund of your purchase price. Non-defective, unopened products with tamper evident can be returned within 14 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. A full refund minus the shipping costs (by the shipping zone costs) will be made on receipt of the returned goods. If you desire to return products, a pre-paid return label e-mailed to you within 1-2 days of your return request.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@frankfunctionalfoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds timeline. We will notify you within 7 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Did not buy from www.frank-fruities.com? For purchases of products made through third parties, refunds must be requested from such third parties and will be subject to the refund policies of such third parties.
