All orders within the European Union are duty-free.

We operate on a "Order today, dispatched tomorrow" basis for all products in stock. Orders placed by 12 a.m. CET from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days. Orders placed after 12 a.m. CET will be dispatched the following day.

Each product page includes real-time availability information. If your order includes out-of-stock items, you can choose to wait until all items are available or receive partial delivery.

 Key Delivery Timelines

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and cantonal holidays.  
• In exceptional situations, delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding for delays due to our delivery partners, as a result of construction work or traffic disruptions, in the event of increased shipping volumes throughout country (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) as well as in case of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
• Public Holidays. Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. 

Our shipping estimates are not guaranteeing or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.
